Working with these two key City utility call centers to assess
the current environment, make recommendations to solve critical
operation issues (tactical) and to write and publish an RFP
for a long-term call center solution.

The City of Philadelphia is looking for a citywide call center
solution. The successful implementation of the Omikron solution
of the PWD and WRB call center solution has the potential to
serve as a model for the citywide project for a 21st century
call center solution.

Identified deficiencies in the current operational environment,
assured that stakeholders were completely informed of the areas
that did not meet expectations, delivered a roadmap for tactical
improvement within the current environment and published a Request
for Proposal (RFP) to implement a Water Department call center solution.

Startup Company providing a on-line procurement of high-quality
eyewear and prescriptions

Omikron developed an iPhone based version of the product
bringing to market the first ultra-portable device specifically
designed to allow anyone anywhere to purchase glasses.
The product is fully functional on the iPhone; an iPad version
will be available in June 2011.
Global Informatics, Inc.
Startup Company providing a proprietary healthcare solution to
deliver medical data to doctors and insurance companies via a
sophisticated Electronic Medical Records system, utilizing smart
card technology, biometric technology and the internet to make
records available to patients and doctors instantly and securely.

Functioned as Chief Operating Officer and advisor to the Board
of Directors. Assisted in the development and refinement of
the business model, assisted in the raising of $25M in capital,
created the marketing and business plan as well as detailed
plans for the implementation of data centers and their
communication infrastructure.
Aggregate Industries, US
Producer of Concrete, Gravel, Aggregates, Stone and Quarry Products.
Aggregate Industries is a $1.7B wholly owned subsidiary of Holcim
Industries, a $27B Swiss conglomerate. Previously, Aggregate
Industries was part of the UK division and was spun off from on
January 1, 2008 to be an independent subsidiary operating strictly
within the US.

Created strategic “road map, together with implementation” for technology
infrastructure after Aggregate Industries (AI US) was split from it's parent company,
a UK based aggregates company and division of Holcim Industries. AI US, after
becoming an independent entity in the US, had none of the IT infrastructure nor
procedures required to operate efficiently.

Omikron helped AI US to create, define and implement the necessary
infrastructure, procedures and policies required to operate
efficiently as a stand-alone entity.
Panattoni Construction, Panattoni Construction and Panattoni Technology
Created Panattoni Technology Group, Inc. (PTG) from assets and
personnel from the affiliated Panattoni companies. PTG is a
"captive: outsourced provider of IT services to all Panattoni
companies globally, which included Panattoni Construction,
Panattoni Property Management, Panattoni Development and
Panattoni Law.

Panattoni Technology Group, an independent provider of high-quality IT professional
services, was created as a means to provide common services for Panattoni Development
and Panattoni Construction, two closely held affiliated companies.
Panattoni Technology Group (PTG) was created from the assets and personnel of both
companies in an effort to standardize corporate IT operations, procurement and process.
Initially PTG serveds as a captive, outsourced provider of IT services to the closely
held Group, but now offers high-quality IT services to other companies in North America and Europe.
